We at Soil Organics by The Hummingbird Store are committed to delivering premium quality Himalayan herbs and herbal teas to our customers. These Terms and Conditions outline the policies that govern your purchases made through our official website. By using our site and services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

REPLACEMENT, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

• The product was damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unpacking video.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• There’s a verified quality issue, subject to our internal review.
• The product delivered has less than 50% shelf life remaining, and it is reported within 24 hours.

Note: The original product must be returned for any replacement to be processed.

No Replacement Allowed For:

• Expired products.
• Used or tampered products.
• Requests without an unpacking video.

Return

• All products are non-returnable due to their organic and consumable nature.
• Return is allowed only if the product is incorrect or damaged, with valid proof via an unpacking video.

Refund

Refunds are eligible only if:

• There is a confirmed product quality issue.
• The order is canceled by the company.
• An incorrect/damaged product is returned (with unpacking video).

Refund Process:

• Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refund options:
  • Bank transfer (only in the name of the customer).
  • Gift voucher / store credit.

Note:

• No cash refunds for COD orders.
• We are not responsible for loss during self-shipping without authorization.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
• Cancellation requests are accepted Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
