At Soil Organics by The Hummingbird Store, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and care in every product we offer. As our products are organic, natural, and consumable in nature, we follow a strict no-return policy—except in cases of incorrect or damaged product delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

All products sold on www.soilorganics.org are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns.

Return Eligibility – Exceptions

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product.

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a product with less than 50% of its shelf life remaining.

> IMPORTANT: In all cases, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken during the opening of the package to initiate a return or refund. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or refund request, you must:

1. Record a clear video while unboxing the product.

If your return is approved based on our verification:

The refund will be initiated after the product is received and inspected by our team.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the product.

> Refunds are not applicable if:

You provide no valid proof or unboxing video

The product was tampered with or used

You missed the 24-hour reporting window

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via phone or email.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Note on Self-Shipping Returns

Do not send any products back to us without written confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit if you self-ship without approval.
